Wood décors furniture dispatch the product within 3 business days. The delivery time depends on your location; however, the delivery time is 5 to 7 days in most parts of the country.

Do you ship to islands or remote parts of the country?

We ship to islands or remote parts of a country, but not all of them. We don’t deliver to Guernsey, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kirkwall, Shetland Islands, and Scottish Highlands.

Please note: we don’t ship to the mentioned locations. Additional payment to ship to these locations is not possible.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address until your order is not being dispatched. So, to change the shipping address please send us your updated shipping address and your order id on our given email: [email protected]

Is it possible to have my parcel delivered at a parcel shop?

Sorry, unfortunately, it is impossible to deliver your parcel at any parcel shop /pickup point.

Can I schedule my delivery?

No, unfortunately, Wood décor’s furniture is not working with scheduled delivery. 

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email with tracking details and a link to track your order. Now, you can track your shipment status anytime.

What happens when I am not at home for the delivery?

It depends on the carrier we use for your shipment. The most common outcomes are:

  • Carrier delivers the parcel to your neighbour.
  • The carrier leaves a note and delivers the parcel to the nearest pick-up point.
  • Carrier doesn’t deliver the parcel and comes back for a new delivery attempt (usually is this the next day).

Usually, if you aren’t there the second or third delivery attempt, they store it within their depot. This allows you a few days to pick it up before it is shipped back to us.
