There is no confusion about the refund/return policy in wood décor’s furniture. Customers can return/refund any purchased items from Wood décor’s furniture if you don’t like or it doesn’t make your home interior well decorated by the purchased products what you envisioned it on the website. The return needs to be initiated within 7 days after the product delivery. If a return is due to a defect in our product, we also bear the return shipping cost of the product.

Please send an email including pictures or video of the condition of the product received and an explanation of why would you like to return the product.

Return shipping cost will be charged by the customer if customer return the product which has no defect or changed of their minds and the product should be in original packing then only your product will get a return.
